My background
Matt Varble is the current President of the University Park Estates homeowners association in Irving, TX elected to the position in 2021. Matt and his wife both graduated from Cornell University. Matt holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University and also holds a MBA from Illinois State University in addition to his Senior Professional in Human Resources SPHR certification. Matt works in the private sector as the Director of Labor & Employee Relations for a large Fortune 500 Corporation and has over 20 years of experience in leading Company negotiations of contracts with labor unions & general human resources management.
Matt has previously held elected office in the state of Florida as a tax district trustee in Hillsborough County, Florida. Matt was also previously appointed by the Florida Governor to a professional state licensing board in the State of Florida. Matt has also served as a member of a county regional planning and zoning commission in Central Illinois. Matt understands municipal & state government.
